Data requests
If you booked with a business
The business you booked with is responsible for your booking data. Contact them first - they can export, correct or delete your details from Book53.
Asking Book53 directly
You can also send a request through the contact form, choosing 'Privacy or data request'. We'll verify the request before acting and pass it to the business where it is theirs to decide.
What happens on deletion
Your name, phone, email and notes are removed from the business's records, future reminders stop, and upcoming bookings are cancelled with the business's confirmation. Deletions are re-applied if backups are ever restored.
