How billing works
No card is taken in the app. Flare53 activates your plan manually for an agreed period after we confirm the terms together. There are no automatic charges.
Renewal
Before your period ends we'll remind you. After it ends there is a short grace period (proposed: 7 days) when everything keeps working.
Cancelling
Cancel at the end of your period from your plan page. You keep access to existing appointments and exports; new bookings stop when the period ends. Nothing is deleted.
Limits
The monthly allowance counts new bookings made in your shop's calendar month. Cancelled bookings don't give allowance back; moving a booking doesn't use another one.
