The service

Book53 lets businesses take and manage individual appointments. Operator: [Legal operator name and registration - to be supplied by the owner before launch]

Merchant responsibilities

Merchants keep their business details, prices and policies accurate, handle their customers' data lawfully and honour bookings made through their link.

Customer bookings

A booking is an arrangement between the customer and the business. Prices shown are the business's listed prices; payment happens with the business, not Book53.

Plans

Plans are activated manually for agreed periods. There are no automatic charges in this release. Expired plans keep data and existing appointments manageable.

Acceptable use

No unlawful services, spam, scraping or attempts to access other businesses' data.

Changes and ending

Merchants can export their data and close their account at any time. Final terms, liability and governing law need legal approval.
